Private limited liability company "ICC Engineering” is the company rendering services of identification of defects of welded connections that has been working from 2000 at the production plant of Mazeikiai branch of the Private limited liability company "International Construction Corporation”. The main company’s activity is identification of internal and external defects of welded connections and parent metal using non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.JOINT STOCK COMPANY "ICC ENGINEERING" CAN TENDER THESE SERVICES:
1. Carry out non-destructive testing of potentially dangerous equipment and their devices and of metal and welding seams of other metal constructions:
***radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic testing (MT), penetrant testing (PT), penetrant testing (PT), leak testing (LT).
2. Carry out the postweld and heat – treatment (PWHT) of welding seams.
3. Carry out the measurement of thickness and hardness of metal.
4. Prepare the technical – executive documentation of piping, tanks, reservoirs, steel constructions and other potentially dangerous equipment.
5. Prepare the schedule of welding procedure specification (WPS) and maintenance technological sheets.
6. Organize the qualification of the register of welding process (WPAR) according to the standard EN ISO 15614-1:2004 "Specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials – Welding procedure test – Part 1: Arc and gas welding of steels arc welding of nickel and nickel alloys” and the "Pressure – equipment directive” 97/23/EC.
7. Prepare the plans of the quality control and the procedure of the quality control.
8. Organize the assessment of welders according to the standard EN 287-1: 2004 "Qualification test of welders – Fusion welding – Part 1: Steels” and "Pressure – equipment directive” 97/23/EC in our and in customer’s territory.
